A LinkedIn that matches your resume. If they don't align, I'm already second-guessing you.
A specific, not generic, outreach. If your message could've been sent to 100 people, it reads like it was. Make it personal or don't send it.
A clean, skimmable resume. I have 10 seconds. No walls of text. No weird fonts. Just clarity.
Confidence without desperation. The energy you bring to your search shows up in how you write, how you follow up, how you show up. Lead with value, not need.
