What happens when I run out of Credits?

Your AI stays available in read-only mode. Buy a one-time Credit pack or wait for the monthly refresh. Free Memberships receive 500 Credits a month, and new Members also get a one-time welcome bonus of 500 Credits.

Can I change Memberships?

Yes, any time. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep your current Membership until then.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Paid Memberships do. Verifying is what lets you publish public thoughts, and it keeps the feed authentically human.

What does the Professional revenue share mean?

When Subscribers pay to access your Human Learning Model, Uare.ai keeps a 30% platform fee. You connect your own Stripe account and are the merchant of record, so Subscribers pay you directly. Stripe processing fees come out of your share, which puts your net a little under 70%. See our Subscription Terms for the current revenue share and fees.

Who gets the welcome bonus?

Every new Member, on any Membership, Free included. It is a one-time 500 Credits added when you create your account, on top of your monthly Credits.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel your Membership any time. A change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep everything until then.

What do Credits pay for?

Credits pay for what your AI creates for you: images on Basic and up, and video on Premium and up. A 15 second video uses about 2,500 Credits.

Do my Credits roll over?

Membership Credits refresh at the start of each billing month. One-time Credit packs are separate and stay until you spend them.
